Entries – There are no absolute qualifying standards.  Guidelines are on the next page.  You may enter a performance that is close but does not meet the guideline.  However, these do not guarantee acceptance.  You will only be charged for those entries accepted.

  • There will be limits on the number of athletes accepted in each event.
  • Teams may enter both the 4X800 and DMR relays.
  • This is a NO SCRATCH MEET. If accepted in an individual event, the athlete MUST compete or be scratched from the entire meet.  Any violation of this rule will result in disqualification of the ENTIRE TEAM and return of all medals won.

  • The seeding committee will adjust marks from flat to banked times so it is imperative to enter the date & place of the performance for each entry.
  • No marks performed in competition against college or post-HS age athletes or OUTDOOR SURFACES will be accepted. Marks must be from current indoor season.  No relay split times or last Spring’s times/distances will be accepted.
